From frequent tree harvesting, occurring every 45 days, to efficient dehusking processes and skillful management of coconut and husk sales through our well-established distribution channel, we ensure a seamless experience. At our dedicated manufacturing facility, we specialize in a diverse range of products, including Raw coconut, white coir, brown coir, and coco peat blocks.

Originating on a modest scale, our coconut trading operations commenced with the participation of 20 laborers and sourcing from 15 farmers, covering a land area of 100 acres. Today, as a registered entity known as 'Chithu Cocos,' we have experienced remarkable growth. Our workforce has expanded to 220 dedicated laborers, and we have established collaborative relationships with 200 procurement farms. With our collective efforts, we now oversee an extensive land holding of approximately 3500 acres. This growth exemplifies our journey from humble beginnings to a thriving trading coir firm.
Chithu Pith Block Unit actively engages in domestic sales and serves as a direct or indirect supplier to traders and entities involved in the export market. We cater to a wide range of customers, ensuring our high-quality pith blocks reach both local and international markets through various channels. Our commitment to excellence enables us to meet the diverse demands of buyers, contributing to the growth of the coir industry as a reliable and trusted supplier.
In order to maintain exceptional quality standards, Chithu Coir upholds a practice of sourcing raw materials exclusively from its sister company, Chithu Cocos, without outsourcing any procurement. This meticulous approach ensures complete control over the supply chain. As a result, we are able to produce a remarkable daily quantity of 100,000 husks, surpassing the industry average by a significant margin. This commitment to self-sufficiency and stringent quality control further solidifies our position as a leading player in the coir industry.
